BEWARE!! Jordy is “registered” but not “licensed”. He performed illegal dodgy work - completely botching a job replacing a leaking gutter. The gutter was not installed to catch water from downpipe above and is sloped backwards so water stagnates in it for days instead of flowing towards the downpipe. What’s worse, Jordy then ran off and blocked me. I have had to report him to the plumbing commission for noncompliant and illegal work.
