The length of guttering is approximately 9 M in length. It will require end caps and a drop to be installed so as to reconnect to the existing storm water pipework. The guttering It is approximately 5 M above natural ground level and the land itself has a mild slope to it.

Rusted gutter leaking - needs waterproofing or replacement

Hi, I need a qualified roof plumber to fix a leaking gutter. The gutter might need releveling or possibly replacement. Water is not draining properly and is pooling at one end of the gutter — possibly due to incorrect fall or sinking foundation.

My gutter is leaking and needs repair or replacement. It was repaired 3 years ago and didn’t last. Possibly needs a new length of gutter replaced (approx 5m). Or maybe just some proper taping up and fixing to roof. Unfortunately I don’t have a high enough ladder to get up there and check myself. Happy to quote this process as a repair job only but if a replacement is required you can propose a different price. In the pic you can see in the middle the water is leaking out and pooling on ground. It’s also not the entire length to cover the corner of roof fully so water also falls off roof and pools on ground. Access pics added. Fairly straight forward.

I have fixed the framing of a small section of roof over our balcony. The section is about 2m x 2m. After fixing the framing we relayed the terracotta roof tiles but they need to be done professionally and cemented. I have spare roof tiles at home. We also need to fix a 2m section of the gutter and also one downpipe needs to be replaced with pvc.
