I need a small repair to the fascia/eaves trim beneath the gutter, as shown in the photos. The replacement COLORBOND pieces are already on site and need to be cut to size and fitted.

Gutter guard is preventing the gutters along the pergola from being cleaned. I need someone to lift the bottom row of roof tiles, remove the gutter guard, clean out the gutter, and replace the roof tiles. Spare roof tiles are available. This job is for two sides of the pergola only, not the whole roof of the house. Estimated up to 20m. BYO ladder. I would like you to take away the gutter guards once they have been removed.

The roofer thought it would be a good idea to take the old screw out and leave them in my gutter and roof scattered around. Single story at the front of house and back of the house is double story and gets quite high. Just need the lose screws removed please. And take afew photos please for building inspection. One screw needs to be screwed down and is half screwed.

The guttering has come loose and bowing in middle with water pooling, needs 5-6 new fixings to ensure a 1-2% runoff to main pipe from right hand sude to left hand (photo attached).
