Looking for an experienced gutter repair or roofing professional only to patch or replace 3 badly rusted gutter sections on my 2- storey split-level home. The holes are quite large, so I would like the damaged sections patched if possible, or replaced if required. We have ladders available for access; however, you will need to bring any additional tools, materials and safety equipment required to complete the job safely. Requirements: * Experienced in gutter repairs and replacements. * Able to work safely on a multi-level home. * Inspect the damaged sections and determine whether they can be patched or need replacing. * Ensure the gutters are fully watertight when the job is complete. Need 65 lineal meters of gutter put up around 1 story house. I have lengths cut to size and premade internal and external corners. I need 5 droppers cut in. All the old gutter is removed. Turning up Friday so ready to go Saturday.

Roof – Rust is developing on the metal roof. It should be repaired (or sections replaced if needed) to prevent future leaks. Gutters – There is gutter ponding and evidence of leaking gutters. A roof plumber should clean, repair and adjust the fall. Alfresco roof – Timber framing is loose with some bending/sagging. Have a carpenter repair and reinforce it. Surface drainage – The ground at the rear doesn't drain away from the house properly. Improving drainage will help keep moisture away from the foundations and subfloor.

Box gutter/ rain head are leaking into the alfresco and has damaged the cornice, thinking it’s the box gutter drain leaking before rain head , upper level easy acces.

Where the gutter meets the side wall of the house (end cap?) appears to not be sealing correctly allowing water into the wall (dripping over front door shown in pictures). Appears to be how it was originally constructed with a large gap as the cap angles downwards rather than sealing the end. I would like the end cap either resealed, gutter removed with end cap installed and reinstall the gutter, or replace length of gutter with properly sealed end caps, which ever is best. Section of gutter approx 90cm, easy accessible with a ladder.

This work is at my investment property in Epping. The tenants noticed water marks on the skirting board and the property manager enaged a plumber to investigate. ------ WORK COMPLETED: Attended property to conduct investigations to leaks in the living room. Accessed and inspected several spots that are leaking. Conducted moisture testing and found most areas with low readings - Almost dry. There are obvious water stains that have dried. Set up ladder to inspect roof and gutters. Found multiple solar panels installed on the roof. Found gutters are full of debris. Found multiple tiles (Roof and Ridge) with cracks. Found the pointing on the edge of the ridge tiles was coming off at the front of the house and some areas at the rear. Cracked tiles or bedding might be allowing water to ingress - Suggest the main cause is the full guttering. Recommend full roof/gutter clean and temporary silicone on ridge capping to be completed for the first stage. If leaks continue we would recommend and full re-bed and point of ridge capping and replacement of cracked tiles. Recommended - Further works to be completed on a dry day. Return and do a full gutter clean. Test all downpipes to ensure they are not blocked. Apply temporary silicone seal to suspect holes and ridge cap bedding.
