Looking for an experienced handyman to help complete a modular chicken enclosure setup at my home in Wantirna South. The structure is already mostly in place, and all materials are on-site. The job is straightforward and mainly involves: 1. Installing predator-proof mesh across the top (mesh is pre-cut to size) 2. Securing/bolting together approximately 5 modular panels The panels slot into pre-installed brackets, so it’s more of an assembly and securing job rather than a full build. What’s Provided: All materials supplied (mesh, panels, steel bars, zip ties, bolts) Everything laid out and ready to go What You’ll Need: Your own tools (spanners, drill, etc.) Experience with similar installs (fencing, enclosures, modular panels preferred) Important: Looking for someone who has done similar work before and can complete this cleanly and securely the first time. Due to mobility constraints, I won’t be able to physically assist much, so I need someone confident working independently.

The problems: • Gutter Leak & Pooling: There is a leak occurring where the house and extension gutters meet. The current slope is incorrect, causing rainwater to accumulate and pool in the corner rather than flowing toward the drain. • Re-pitching Required: The guttering between the two structures needs to be re-aligned/re-pitched to restore a proper fall so water drains efficiently. • Pipe Replacement: I have a section of PVC (6-8 metre) pipe currently acting as a makeshift downpipe. I need this removed and replaced with proper, standard guttering/downpipe materials to match the system.

Need an experienced roof plumber / leak repair tradie for a persistent stormwater leak. INSPECTION ONLY. I have water damage to the downstairs living room ceiling, but the leak only happens during heavy rain. I cannot reproduce it with a normal hose test. The suspected source is the parapet wall / rainhead / concealed downpipe area above the living room. Works already done: - installed flashings and water diversion - installed overflow - fixed one concealed downpipe join - cleared bird nests from rainhead Leak still persists in heavy downpour. Scope of work: - cut open part of the downstairs ceiling below leak area for better access/view - upgrade existing rainhead to a larger compliant size - seal / re-bed / weatherproof parapet capping joints, corners and gaps in affected area Not required now: - plaster repair - painting - electrical works Important: Please leave the ceiling open after the job so I can monitor during the next heavy rain. Clean out roof gutters and down pipes and removal of debris - we have green waste bins to put the rubbish in. Following recent complaint from neighbouring Unit about damp wall had Plumber investigate. Report indicates "Spray tested shower cubicle and found immediate water escaping through grout lines. • Used thermal imaging and confirmed water tracking from shower area, likely beneath tiles, contributing to water ingress into neighbouring property." Think shower walls and base need grouting and waterproofing then rebuild of shower including tiles and walls and probably new shower screen. We think physical inspection needed to provide accurate quote.

There is small area of water leak from the roof needs to be checked and repaired

We have noises in our roof cavity that we believe are possums / sugar gliders but are not sure as could also be rats. We would like assistance in both identifying what is in the roof and help with getting them out or relocated. Our roof cavity is quite small and entrance is far away from where noises are, I have a wildlife camera I wanted to put in there but it's too hard for me to traverse the rafters! If you can't find anything in roof cavity by getting to location, may be two visits as we can set camera up for a few nights to monitor.
