Our house is two storeys, and we’ve discovered water damage on the downstairs ceiling. It appears that there may be a leak in the corresponding area of the roof, and the affected section likely needs to be repaired. It’s likely around the area indicated by the red arrow on the roof (see photo).

Hi there, I’ve got three downpipes with weeds growing out of the top of the gutters. This seems to be caused by an almost 90-degree bend at the top of each downpipe where it turns back toward the wall and traps debris. I’d also like all the gutters and the rest of the downpipes to be fully flushed out. Craigieburn 3064 Double storey house.

I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it. So I am seeking someone who is willing to do a compliant replacement (see relevant details from engineer report in one of the attached images). Very easy and quick job for good $$$ Install 3-4 polycarbonate sheets. All materials are supplied and ready. All old sheets have been removed. I started this job however pinched a nerve in the back and can’t complete. Job must be completed tomorrow and previous roof experience required. Roof height is low enough for ladder installation and then the last sheet will require roof walking.
