Downpipe overflows even during light rain. Gutter was recently cleaned, no blockages. The issue seems to be at the junction where the downpipe connects to the gutter outlet. Water backs up and spills out instead of draining through. Two storey home in Mount Waverley. Photos attached. Need a roof plumber to inspect and fix. Please quote after on site inspection.

The gutters between the house and verandah are leaking when it rains and needs to be fixed. From what I can tell it needs to be clipped of a clip needs replacement. The old Gas BBQ needs to be removed from the mains gas and the mains gas lead possibly fixed with a converter so we can use on the portable gas BBQ.

This is an aged care renovation in Glen Waverley were we have built a plant room and bin area extension which needs a metal roof and some new 115mm quad guttering on 40mm metal battens, R1.3 insulation, Colorbond .048 BMT metrospan, with cappings and flashings to suit.
