Gutter cleaning. House is mostly single storey with a small section 2 storey out the back .

We need a roof plumber to clean out gutters and install roof flashings to prevent water leaks. Notes: - Gutters are in very bad condition. Rusted out on back section and holding up to 40mm of water on front section. - Flat deck roof doesn’t have appropriate roof flashings installed to make this section of roof water tight.

I’m looking for a quality carpenter need to build a front gate on the arbour, in similar style to the fence (palings will be butted together, with top plate), and mount a eufy security lock + door handle. May require packing out around the electrical conduit. Gate needs to be braced to prevent sagging. I will do all patching and painting. Also need to line the internal arbour roof with cement sheet, and cement sheet on the external fascia board (notched around the roof joists and extending up to the tin sheets). Decorative timber trims (42x42) around to cover the cut marks. Gate will be approx 1800 x 1400, arbour roof is approx 1400 x 1700, fascia is approx 350 x 1700 All materials will be supplied, just need a take off list beforehand.

Faulty ventilation pipe on roof is leaking when it rains, dripping onto ceiling below.

We have a few tiles damaged on our roof. Need to have Sikaflex or similar to bond the broken tiles… as a temporary fix. Standard access via carport.

I need help removing the canopy off my ute tray (Navara D22), installing a tub rack (Ridge Ryder low profile), and installing my rooftop tent (Hannibal). Ideally someone who has experience with all of the above and get the job done without my knowledge and has their own tools. I'm happy to help with heavy lifting. This original roof ventilation ornament was removed a couple of years ago due to leaking. The roof apex was repaired with a ridge capping. I would love to restore, paint and reattach the ornament to the roof. It doesn’t need to have any actual ventilation function, just mounted at the top of the roof as an ornament. I have solar panels on my roof that need cleaning. Roof is very accessible with a ladder and there’s a walking area around the roof. Access to panels is good. I would do it myself except I have a mortal fear of heights!!
