Partially rusty roof needs replacement; Colourbond Fascia needs repair/replacement due to vehicle strikes.

I need a handyman to rodent proof under our old Queenslander house with fine mesh. Needs along the perimeter of the house, and any AC pipe entry points. Approx 35m perimeter. Decent clearance under house, with a slope towards the back.

I am looking for a handyman to fix a minor leakage issue and carry out waterproofing and ceiling repair in my apartment. Here are the details of the job:(2 Bathroom Channels): ​Waterproof two concrete floor drainage channels (approx. 2m L × 40cm W × 20cm H each). ​Pay special attention to sealing the connection joints between the waste pipes and the concrete floor to stop/prevent leaks. ​Neighbor’s Bathroom Ceiling Repair (Below): ​Inspect and repair the lower neighbor’s bathroom ceiling damaged by a minor past leak (approx. 50cm radius discoloration with small paint bubbling/blistering). ​Scrap off loose paint, patch/seal the affected area, and repaint the ceiling.

Require an experienced waterproofer and/or concreter to seal gap between slab and exterior house wall. Then need to create a flow wall (assuming concrete but open to suggestion) to direct water away from back of house. Unfortunately badly designed and the fall of slab toward house has caused water ingress issue. Now fixed temporarily with flood barriers but need permanent solution. I'm pretty handy, however not much concreting/ formwork experience and don't really have the right tools. Happy to assist in getting the job done. Check photos for more details. Job would be: 1. Waterproof corner where water getting in (where membrane has been compromised causing small internal leak in heavy rains). 2. Divert storm water away from house via a flow wall. Required Maintenance - repairs required to be completed by the homeowner prior to commencing th approved Insurance repairs • Clean and clear all leaf and dirt debris from the guttering Remove and replace all rusted screws and perished washers • Adequately seal and remove and relocate the existing antenna whereby the brackets do not penetrate at the sheet overlap. • Repair and/or replace ridge/hip capping where the flashing ends is sealed with silicone. The roof is on a single storey brick veneer cottage with access on all sides. The roof is low pitched, painted. corrugated metal (photos attached).

Gutter cleaning, removed branches etc and take away

Gutter has 3 points where water drips through. Gutter is high up on two story house and needs large extendable ladder to reach it.

I’m looking for a carpenter or handyman to replace the rotted timber facia so the gutter guy can come back and put gutter in Fascia dimensions 140mm wide x 1120mm (two pieces) and 140mm x 1400mm

I have a Kings 270 awning that needs to have new holes drilled to mount three brackets to the awning that can then be mounted to the actual roof top tent. So you’ll have to drill new holes to do it and then bolt brackets on. Should take like 90 minutes and I’ll be here to help with attaching to the car. It’s just much more likely to get done if I pay somone 😂

Rust treat and roof paint

Needing some minor roof maintenance completed before we can finalise an insurance claim for a small water leak. We require someone suitably qualified so we can provide evidence of completion to our insurance. Some extra things are recommendations from our building report in September last year. Work required: * Repair deteriorated silicone seals to dry pan flashing. * Remove debris from box gutters, gutter guard and roof sheets/flashings. * Re-secure loose mesh gutter guard. * Adjust apron flashing to eliminate gaps and exposed fixings. * Seal gap between cladding and roof framing. * Replace perished sealant. * Paint exposed timber rafter ends. Unfortunately, due to an injury, I can’t safely get back onto the roof to take additional photos, so please refer to the attached building inspection images to give an idea. Can be flexible with when, but prefer Thursday, Friday or weekends.

I’ve bit away for a few weeks for work, I got home and my wife told me that the kids thought there was something in the roof. We’ve lived here for six years, I go up in the roof all the time. I’ve never seen any evidence of anything being in the roof. last night lying in bed I woke up at midnight and there was something right above us that was scratching around for a while. It didn’t sound like a possum because it just seems very light. If it was a possum it would be a baby one. I suspect it’s more likely to be a mouse or something else so there’s definitely something in there. I’d like it removed as soon as possible.

I need my gutter to be cleaned up

Downpipe from 2 storey house roof has disconnected from gutted. Requires reconnection. Relatively simple job. Access from ground directly underneath is quite high and tight. Alternatively, access may be easier across the roof. No huge rush, but would be good to get it down within the next couple of weeks. Budget includes any pipe joints / sealant etc

There is a roof/gutter leak allowing water to enter the house above the window. The area is quite high, so access requires a stable ladder that can be secured to support beams half way up in the picture, as the gutters have guards installed. Or go over the roof with a harness. The leak is where the top of the ladder is in the pic.

I need a new shower head installed. It is the same one as the current shower head and will not need any other materials. Shower head is supplied. I also need a sink down pipe tightened and inspected due to a very small drip.

I live in a first floor unit with 4 metre ceiling. Wasps have recently moved in and I’d like them removed. You will need an extendable ladder.
