I need an experienced licensed plumber with CCTV. I recently bought an old house built around 1940s at sunshine. I notice some strange water appearing at backyard of the house. I found a clay pipe not deep coming from my neighbour and suspect it is storm water pipe. I need the plumber with CCTV to check my drain and this strange pipe. So I can find out reason. look for any fair price

Slow draining toilet. Plunger didn't work. Tried snaking it but the snake didn't get more than a foot or two down the drain because I don't know how to use the bloody thing.

Hi, I'd like to check if you can do a quote on fixing a leaking toilet and fix the smell issue coming out from the gap between the floor and the toilet bowl? The toilet is leaking water into the ground causing the laminated floorboard surrounding the toilet to raise a bit (like a circle of raised ridges). What works will be done and how much? Will compliance certificate be provided? I need to put in a budget but open to anything. Will you put the floorboard back in? Thanks

The toilet and shower drains are partially blocked. Water is still draining — the water level rises and is at risk of overflowing. It seems toilet paper is stuck in the toilet, as shown in the attached photos. Looking for someone to unblock and ensure proper drainage

This is a straightforward removal and drop in of a freestanding bath. The old bath is not fit for purpose and so needs replacing. There is no structural plumbing/drainage work required, no new tapware. The old bath is quite heavy but there will be assistance to remove it. The new bath is a light acrylic.

Fix leak in hot water system copper inlet pipe . leaking location marked in the picture.

The shower mixer is leaking, tried to replace the cartridge, but the problem is that the cartridge cover couldn't be put back, asked the manufacturer, they said the thread has been damaged by alkali, need to replace the whole shower mixer, including the tee connector.

I am in need of a plumber to install my laundry sink please. I need the sink installed (hold in bench has been cut) and sealed, drain installed, waste pipe with connection point for washing machine waste pipe installed (don't have this), hole in side of cupboard cut to allow for washing machine waste pipe, and new tap handles installed for faucets.
