Hi, I need a plumber or someone experienced with drainage pipes to repair a damaged pipe connection outside my home. The PVC pipe has come loose from the old metal pipe and the seal around the base has cracked away. It looks like the joint needs to be properly reconnected, resealed, or possibly replaced with the correct fitting so it doesn’t leak. What I need done: •Assess the connection between the PVC pipe and the old cast-iron/metal pipe • Remove broken seal/putty • Reconnect the PVC fitting properly • Install correct adapter if needed • Reseal/secure the joint so it’s watertight • Ensure the line is safe and functional Photos attached for reference. I need a plumber or something experienced to take a look at our sink's waste pipe, the water is not flowing down and we have already removed the trap and cleaned it out but it's not an issue with the trap. Hoping someone has a long stick or something to push whatever is stuck in the waste pipe to make it flow again. This is a commercial factory address. Please view photos for reference.
