I need advice and fixing my bathroom with a water guide

The seal ring between mixer and sink is worn, cause water leaking from the gap into the cabinet. Need a new seal ring and tighten the mixer. Mixer brand is Grohe diameter is about 60mm

My washing machine requires converters for the hose, a 2.5m laundry hose for it to be able to fit into an oddly shaped bathroom - and plumbers tape to seal the taps. I have all materials, and just need someone with the confidence and skills to shops up and make it work.

The sink seems to be clogged and nothing is fixing it. Someone came earlier in February and said they cleared it and there are no issues in the pipes but, seems the issue was not fixed.

I moved into an older house and so far I’ve been getting low drainage of water in the sinks as well as the toilet bowl. I need someone to help me unclog the pipes so the flow is better.

Leaking tap where washing machine connects.

I live in 3 bedroom townhouse. Lately start hearing random banging sounds inside the house in different variations but not continuous. Initially thought evaporative panel in the roof but it happens even it’s not windy. My suspect is water pressure, Sort of inspect sound just after closing the tap and try to close the main, drain water and open the tap and thought I fixed it as I could not hear any sound after turning off the tap. The issue is it happens even we are not using water at all. It’s like one hammering bang and stops. Next repeat sometime happens with in a minute. Other times stay quiet for hours. Morning and evening is more worse. It’s making me crazy not finding what causing. Any suggestions and fixed from professional would be really appreciated.thank you

My toilet is making a running water sound. Will only stop when I turn thr little tap at the side, as pictured. It's not leaking or anything just making a running water sound. Still flushes fine.

I need some help with my washing machine - when I connect it to the tap and turn the tap on, water leaks out of the tap fitting. I have bought and tried a new hose, and I also cleaned out the inlet filter, and still get the same problem. I have had this machine for 2 years and had no issues, but since moving recently this problem has appeared. I'm guessing something happened during the move. Please help!

After a quote and book date asap (from tomorrow 17/3) for install of 2 x OUTDOOR shower rose (hot and cold spindle set up). - Mounted off the brick wall within 1.5m of the hot water system. -Would need you to supply & Install all the pipework and plugs in the tapware and at the shower head.
