We recently moved into our home in Paddington QLD 4064. We have a Rainsaver system on our house and are after a quote to get it back up and running. We have a number of garden taps that state ‘rainwater’ but soon discovered that the pump at the rainwater tank is not actually connected to the tank nor to our Rainsaver system. The Rainsaver system appears to be the Bianco Rainsaver Mk3 or Mk3e. There is a submersible float switch in the water tank which is approx. 10,000L in capacity and nearly fully. We tried to reconnect the pump to the tank; the pump powers up and we ran the garden hose for a bit but it still appears to be coming from the main and nothing appear to be happening at the pump.
