Need help with replacing and installing a new toilet as the base has cracked. I believe it's an older style skew trap pan toilet? I will purchase toilet once confirmed I have the right type. Need help with removing old and replacing new one. You must bring all tools required. Flexible with dates and time but hoping to get done in the next week or so. Thank you, Jess

Quote request This toilet in the house has always been a bit problematic, usually blocked every couple of months and a few hard plunging will clear it. This time is blocked really bad and plunging work at all and I need a plumber that use that snake thing to declog whatever is down the pipe. Its just this toilet is problematic, the other one in the house also connected on the same line never had issue. Since there are other toilets in the house it is not as urgent.

-Turned hot water system off when went on holiday -came back this week and tried turning it on but not igniting -not sure what the issue is everyone is quoting equivalent to a new heat pump cost to even have a look at and diagnose, can you help detect the issue as from our understanding its not the thermocouple. Much appreciate your help.

Water is leaking/escaping the shower frame (shower door area)at the base of the shower. Have tried redirecting the shower head away from shower door and that has reduced the leak. Shower frame might need to be resealed but not 100% sure about it. Please see photos attached. Thanks.

One of the burners of the gas stove top, while I ignite makes clicking noise, the spark plug probably..and doesn't ignite it right away, I need to try it for over 30 seconds to actually get the flame to sustain. Many times the clicking noise from the spark plug continues post ignition or when I stop ignition

The toilet in our office is coming off of the wall. We need it to be screwed back on.

We have an interesting problem. A week ago, every night without fail, between 10pm to 11pm, a whining noise starts in our roof cavity. It's a high pitched noise in these pipes (photos attached). Which runs throughout the night and stops next day before noon (again without fail). We isolated it down to something water related. When the toilet flushes or water tap is turned on (and water pressure released), the noise quietens a little. Whining resume after toilet refills, or water tap is turned off. This is a two storey house with central evap cooling & ducted heating. The HVAC tech came out recently and said it wasn't related to those. We do have solar. Have tried turning off the inverter at night. Doesn’t seem to affect noise. But we do have solar hot water so could be related to that. See below for hot water tank photo. We're hoping to an experienced & licensed plumber could come out sometime 8-10am (while noise is still going) to fix the issue. Let me know if any questions. Thanks Johnathan
