There is a hose under the kitchen sink that has ‘frayed’. The hose needs to be replaced asap.

Unblock toilet drain, toilet brush head got flushed today.

Leaking toilet in a downstairs bathroom. Tenant is unsure if the bowl is leaking or the pipe is leaking.

I'm seeking someone who can install the plumbing of a new steel laundry cabinet, including all waste connections and new mixer tap. Smelly, murky kitchen sink drains/dual sink. I tried Drain Clean Liquid twice, and there was no change. Water still runs through both drains, so it is not blocked; it just appears to be struggling. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 24 November 2023

Shower has started leaking behind tiles into the wall cavity when turned on. Has resulted in a little mould in the room adjoining the shower. Can’t fix the mould without fixing the root cause. - Due date: Flexible

Water leaking under laundry sink, when the water is turned on. The tap is in good working order so want to avoid replacing it if possible. Looks like maybe a hole in the ?threaded braid connector, very open to advice and recommendations thank you. - Due date: Flexible

I require a licensed plumber to attend to the following: 1. A water supply valve to be replaced for a toilet (see pic); 2. There appear to be leaks coming from the fluidmaster cistern float valve (for two toilets) - whether this requires a replacement - unsure - (need a check for the second bathroom toilet as well); 3.
