The shower water strip i believe isnt tall enough. Plenty of water is coming outside the glass when showering. I believe it needs to be replaced with a taller strip to close the gap between the shower base and shower sliding glass.

There are 2 inspection points that can be accessed 8m from each other. One is pvc the other is Steel. House is about 50 years old. Has easy access through the garage door and water.
