Hi, The water valve connected to the toilet is faulty and needs to be replaced and repaired completely. There is an existing 4-way splitter (four-way connector) installed for the water flow. Only this 4-way connector should be used and kept as part of the water connection. The job includes: • Inspecting the current plumbing setup • Removing and replacing the faulty shut-off valve • Reconnecting using the existing 4-way splitter only • Ensuring there are no leaks • Making sure the toilet water supply works correctly A photo of the current setup is attached. Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and repair my hot water system. Cold water pressure is normal, but the hot water flow has dropped significantly (only about 30%), especially on the second floor, and the water is not hot enough. Suspected issue: partially blocked cold-water inlet to the hot water unit. Location: Keysborough.
He quickly found the issue — the pipes were blocked with sand and debris — and solved the problem on the spot. Now the hot water pressure is strong again and everything works perfectly. Really appreciate his great work and honest service.

Our back tap has blown off and needs replacement. We have temporarily fixed, but cannot touch without it replacement being ready. Water is not connected to meter, and we cant find the main, and the body corporate can't assist at the moment. Need plumber to come with tap replacement, able to assist in temporarily shutting off the water main to this house (not everyone elses) and replace the tap. Help please.
