Our back tap has blown off and needs replacement. We have temporarily fixed, but cannot touch without it replacement being ready. Water is not connected to meter, and we cant find the main, and the body corporate can't assist at the moment. Need plumber to come with tap replacement, able to assist in temporarily shutting off the water main to this house (not everyone elses) and replace the tap. Help please.
Miles was amazing. Simple task ended up so much more tricky and he was so lovely and patient even though he got soaking wet and we couldnt find the main. Awesome guy

There’s water spraying from the silver flexible pipe near the bottom, which I believe is connected to the PTR (Pressure-Temperature Relief) valve. It’s more than just a drip — it’s a light spray into the air. The water leak is from the silver pipe on side which u can see in second pic.

Hi, we have just moved into a 2yrs old town house and the water pressure in all taps are very low. As the water flow in all taps are slow. And shower will literally give up if another tap is open. Checked with strata manager this shouldnt be the case Will need a licensed plumber to verify the problem and give me a fix, it could be my stupidity leaving a valve closed or the system requires maintenance
