He set me up with washing machine and dishwasher connections in an "improvised" way, finding a really elegant solution to plumb in the washing machine in an area next to the kitchen. He was so good I got him to do other plumbing work that had been nagging at me, fitting some new taps, and he did a first class job. Superb workmanship, really friendly, totally professional. Help please. We had a new rheem hot water system installed approx 2 years ago. It takes AGES for the water to heat up and I can’t get a hot wash through the washing machine.
