pressure washer wont start - Due date: Flexible

I need a plumber/handyman to find the source of a leak near the ensuite and fix it, which may include cutting into the wall. We had a plumber visit in December who advised "the next step is to cut plaster and check the wall cavity". See images of water damage in the ensuite doorway.
