Tasks to be done: - plastering - frameless shower and niche - tiling and waterproofing We will supply the tiles. We will install a new new bathtub and vanity. I have attached picture of what I want the new shower to look like.

Yellow water normally comes out of the tab in the kitchen in the morning or when it’s not been used for a long time. Also, the water pressure is not stable (only for this tab, other tabs are okay). I had the inlet and the outlet pipe changed by a Plumber today. He told me that the unit would not start because it is likely that the Thermo couple (thin copper filament) might have been gone. He would change that only as a unit costing a lot more. Assuming what he says is true, I have a request for a certified technician to change the Thermo couple. Please advise. Want it done on Monday

Our sink is leaking a the bottom, the previous owner of our house had fixed the sink before (there is a patch where the leak is) but it’s starting to leak again and we would like to buy a new sink and get some help to install the new sink.

Hi, we have a leaking toilet. After a flush, it has a tendency to keep leaking water until valve is closed it does it after most flushes. Been advised it needs toilet inlet or flush valve replaced. I'll get both from Bunnings and we use the one which is required. We also have 3 or 4 leaking taps. I've attached some pictures. Need their washers changed.

Hi, I need a plumber who can do the following for me. * 4-5 taps have different levels of leaks and need their washers replaced. It includes a garden tap, laundry tap (for washing machine), bathroom sink and the bath tub tap. The garden tap may just need some tightening. The laundry one may need both washers replaced, hot and cold. I expect you'll have the washers on you. * We have a toilet that leak's every flush or two. I've been advised it may either need a toilet inlet or flush valve replaced. Before you come, I'll have one of each on me so it doesn't delay works however if they're not the right one's, Bunnings is a few minutes away so while the leaks are getting addressed, I can do a quick run and change them. * Provide a report, just 2 or 3 lines on a letter head that i can provide Yarra Valley Water that the house had a leak and it's been addressed. The job either needs to be done this Sunday 21/3 (preferably) or next Sat/Sun, 27/28 March and hoping its done by a local plumber. My offer is based on approx. 2 hrs of works + 10 fees + 10 materials.
