There is an old disused stormwater drainage vitrified clay pipe (VCP) on my property. It was recently dug up and broken. It’s definitely not in active use, but some water does passively flow though it in heavy rain. I want to patch up the break before I bury it again. Does not need to be super water tight as there is no water pressure or major flow.. a rough patch with some modern pvc piping would be fine

Existing faucet has become loose over the years and recently detached from the housing. I’ve purchased a new faucet and need to have the faucet replaced by licensed plumber
