We are looking for an experienced plumber who has worked with pools or spas. We need help locating a leak in a confined space, on level 2 of a high rise. Have done dye test and know general location, but we need advice on fixing and someone to do it. We are open 7am to 8pm daily and it is quite urgent. Happy to negotiate the final price with fixing.

Need sink drain pipe upgraded, with dishwasher connection for small family business bar. The job should be completed before 11:30am any day of the week

Faucet needs repair it doesn't close all the way so the water doesn't stop running. Also the two Faucet handels are leaking water and maybe needs to be changed, we already have a new handle for the hot one so the only one needed is the cold handle.

I have an integrated dishwasher that I would like uninstalled and a new dishwasher installed. Then I would like that old dishwasher discarded.

The tap has a low pressure when pulling it to full. Noticed that the pressure is better when it is not used after a couple of days, but never maximum flow and returns to a limited flow eventually.

There are two basin/mixers (laundry and kitchen), a shower rail, and a spout (bathtub) to swap over, and there's also a few bathroom accessories (towel racks, toilet roll holders, etc) to swap over if you're handy.
