Need a water tank outlet and bulkhead fitting added to my water tank. Will need help to drain the tank also before fitting.

Need to fix a leaking toilet. It’s leaking water slowly into the bowl after flushing. I assume it could be a faulty seal but unsure. Went to remove the assembly but upon inspecting the age of it I’d rather get a professional in as it looks fragile. Pics attached.

Yarra Valley Water attended and said no issue on their side. When isolation tap is turned off at the meter, water continues to flow at the tap in the house(at a much reduced flow rate). YVW won’t attend again until a licensed plumber checks the internals. Day and time is flexible.

I need my bathroom taps fixed. Both take multiple turns for water to come out and has recently started a slow leak. I believe the last plumber who came out replaced the O rings. This is the third time I’ve called someone out for this , I need this diagnosed and fixed correctly. Hoping I can find someone to get it right this time :)

Reposting task as prev assigned tasker decided to ghost me. Shower drain is draining water very slowly as well as the sink in our bathroom. Have tried an Auger drain tool, boiling water vinegar mixture but having no luck. Unsure what’s causing blockage. Basin tap also requires many turns before water comes out (hot water tap). I assume it needs some new washers. 1 story house.
