Hi, we need someone qualified to investigate a plumbing leak under our sink. We think we’ve identified the problem with the plumbing connections but best to have someone check and remedy the leak ASAP please! Keen to get it fixed by tomorrow morning but we’re also available till late tonight.

The sink slowly leaks when completely filled with water, is fine for general use. Old tap works but isnt gixed in place, i believe because the wood its connected to has rotted away, i have a new tap that needs to be installed. The shower temperature has been inconsistent at times, can sometimes only be scolding hot or freezing cold. Could be a building issue but need to find out wither way. Also an only get cold water to laundry sink, no hot water.

Need to fix a leaking toilet. It’s leaking water slowly into the bowl after flushing. I assume it could be a faulty seal but unsure. Went to remove the assembly but upon inspecting the age of it I’d rather get a professional in as it looks fragile. Pics attached.
