Moving out of our rental and we need to patch up a couple of small areas of paint that was taken off when trying to hang art. Additionally, fill in about 5-6 holes that were made to hang art. Should be a piss take/probs 30 mins for any painter/handyman. I don’t know the exact white paint colour.

Approx 15 150mm diameter holes from old recessed lights needing patched, no sanding required as we are spraying acoustic spray over the top.

I had a splashback and timber pelmet removed from kitchen. Had the wall above kitchen bench however the gap above kitchen bench was not sealed and is a bit wide. Would like someone to hard plaster down to kitchen bench (angle bead may be required) and sealed with silicon before I paint. Please note existing wall is brick with cement render and hard plaster over. My plan is to redesign and replace kitchen joinery eventually but want this gap sealed in the meantime. I need some help with a few small jobs: • Repair the plaster where I removed a bathroom mirror. • Apply silicone to seal the gap between the vanity splashback tiles and the wall, where the mirror once covered • Repair a hole in the plaster caused by the front door handle.
