My house had recently been Damp Proof Course (DPC) treated by the water ingress specialist. Some mortar on existing bricks is starting to get flaky so will need your help to put some mortar on the existing bricks so they held strong again. After that, it needs to be plastered and repaint. Please read the pdf recommendation from the water ingress specialist on how to seal the area. Reinstall the skirting board (supplied). Throw any rubbish and clean the area after work. Corridor size: 3900 x 760 Living room size: 3500x625 There are more areas around the house that needs to be replaster and repaint as well. We'll discuss the other areas on site.
