I need someone to make a very clean cut around an already existing cut of plaster board. It needs to be a very clean square cut, I have outlined in blue what the cut will need to be. It's a small area, to give you an idea of scale those are washing machine hose / water pumps. I don't need it 'patched up' or replastered or anything like this, just to make it clean and tidy.

Most dents are up to half a 5c piece, with one dent about the size of a $2 coin. 2. Plaster torn from the wall from the removal of a cat scratcher.
