Looking for a handyman to fix the plasterboard around the vent cover in the bathroom in an CBD apartment for the vent cover to be put back on. There was a leaking from the above apartment, when the plumber came to inspect, he pulled off the vent cover, and I am unable to seal the vent cover back with this torned edge. The leaking problem has being solved.

We had a fireplace removed and we hired someone to patch up the plaster however I can see the section that was carved out and fixed. I have to have an AC in ceiling replaced. The man hole isn’t big enough so need player cutting open then once AC has been replaced like exisiting manhole cover put back and re plastered ready for painting.
