Small hole in ceiling that needs to be plastered and painted. Paint needs to match white paint on ceiling and an invoice to be created to show property managers ☺️

Need my tv mounted on the wall. It’s plasterboard so you need to be able to find the wood.

There is a wall through the middle of our building separating a showroom from the back of house – we will need to cut a wall out to allow access a the drill rig. As we have not yet settled on the site, afterwards we will need to reinstate the wall. Notes: See image below, both sides of wall are accessible Noting the site is now empty, none of the materials in the photo remain We will need to restore the wall, so needs to be cut neatly Hole needs to be 2.5m wide To be done early next week if possible

Remove all loose, damaged and moisture-affected solid plaster around the existing vent opening. Clean and prepare the exposed masonry and surrounding substrate, then inspect and rectify the perimeter of the external vent as required to minimise uncontrolled moisture ingress while maintaining the intended ventilation opening. Allow the affected substrate to dry as required, then reinstate the damaged area using a compatible solid plaster/render system. Install a new internal plaster ventilation grille in line with the existing external vent to restore airflow through the original opening. Finish the repaired plaster flush with the surrounding surfaces, apply suitable primer/sealer and repaint the affected area to match the existing finish as closely as practicable.

There's 3 sections requiring patch and paint, or just paint. 1. Patch and paint where there was previously a powerpoint 2. Patch and paint where there was previously a ceiling light 3. Paint around a new split system where there was previously a larger split system We have paint for these. We understand to get a perfect result a full sand/repaint would be required, we're just after a good blend that makes it less noticeable until our next full paint in a couple of years. Experienced plasterer needed in Brunswick East for a kitchen bulkhead and related finishing work, plus an under-stairs cupboard. Kitchen * Build, sheet and plaster a new bulkhead above the overhead cabinetry. * Approx. 2.1 m wide x 325 mm high from ceiling to cabinet top. Final measurements to be checked on site. * Depth to align neatly with the front of the upper cabinetry. * Create a clean shadow-line/recessed finish above the cabinetry. * Install matching cornice across the new bulkhead and tie into the existing cornice. * At the tall fridge cabinetry, finish the nib wall neatly and return the cornice along the hallway side so it terminates cleanly at the nib wall, rather than wrapping around the short end. * Finish the short end of the nib wall flush and clean beside the fridge cabinetry, including the top junction shown in the photos. * Close and plaster the narrow gap between the island counter frame and services column (about 3cm x 90cm) * Finish exposed corners/edges, including corner bead, stopping and sanding where required. * Caulk/seal small gaps at plaster-to-cabinetry, cornice and wall junctions. * Leave ready for painting. Under-stairs cupboard * Complete/tidy existing plasterboard inside the cupboard, including the low sloping underside of the stairs. * Main unfinished wall area is roughly 1.2 m x 2 m or less. * Sheet over remaining exposed wall/framing. * Tape and stop joins, corners and screw holes. * Tidy rough/unfinished sections shown in photos. * Caulk small gaps where required. * Sand and leave ready for painting. Photos show the current condition and intended works. Job may require more than one visit for setting/drying between coats. Please quote for the full job and advise if materials are included. Painting not required.

Removed splashback tiles from kitchen and 1 layer of plasterboard came off with it (see pictures). Need new plasterboard installed by qualified tradesperson. Approx 5m x 0.6m plasterboard required. Must be ready for splashback tiling after. Needs to happen before kitchen installation Monday 31 August.

Need a few small holes (2-3cm) plastered where lights have been moved in ceiling. Then need it painted and one coat of ceiling white. Also need 4 doors painted in white enamel paint and a few minor touch ups in normal paint (dulux natural white). Will need to supply the ceiling paint and some of the white enamel paint for doors (I will advise you of colour in advance). Paint for other touch ups provided. See images attached. Hi, I need to have a number of holes in a plaster wall patched and painted (I fell down the stairs 😅). I’ll attach images for reference. One larger hole and two smaller from where the railing came off the wall. I have the paint already but will require you to have all other equipment/tools.
