I need you to hang my Ikea Enhet Laundry Floating Cabinets to avoid piping and make sure it's secured properly to drywall/plasterboard. I will assemble the furniture, just need to make sure it's properly and appropriately secured for heavy weights. May need to add extra ledger board or suspension rail.

We had two holes cut out of our roof to do electrical work which need repair - cut outs are still here. 4 other tidy ups - We have a skylight area which needs repair. - There is an area where we have a leak which is bubbled which needs rubbing back - One ceiling crack to be tidied up - One area which as been repaired to be tidied up Prepared to "ready to paint" state - painting not required

The wall is approximately 6–7 metres long with standard ceiling height. The space is straightforward with good access. This will be a main wall in a living area, so a clean, high-quality finish is important.

There are 6 vents (one in wall - 5 in ceilings) - one large vent in ceiling- one large hole in ceiling - one small hole on corner of a wall - one small ceiling crack - one large ceiling crack. Richmond - there is parking - it is a house.

I have 7 small areas on the walls and ceiling that have been patched and they need to be sanded to be “paint ready”

Fix Roof Leak & Repair Ceiling Plasterboard I’m looking for an experienced roofer/handyman to fix a roof leak and repair internal ceiling damage. Water is leaking through a box gutter and coming into the ceiling. It appears the issue is where two box gutters join, and water is seeping through the connection. The current silicone fix isn’t working, so I’m after a more permanent solution. Scope of work: • Identify and fix the source of the leak (box gutter join) • Provide a proper, long-term repair (not just silicone) • Repair and replace damaged ceiling plasterboard • Ensure the area is sealed and finished properly Please bring your own tools and materials. Hello this cabinet has been recessed into the wall so I need repairs on the plaster pls Inc the PowerPoint which will be moved.

We recently had electricians complete some work in our apartment and there are a couple of ceiling holes that now need to be properly repaired and painted. Looking for someone experienced in plaster repair and painting to make good the areas so they blend back into the existing ceiling. Details: • Apartment located just off St Kilda Road • Standard plasterboard ceiling • Photos attached for reference • Ideally you supply materials (filler, primer, paint etc.) Looking for a clean finish that blends in well with the ceiling. Need plaster patch repaired and painted with base coats. Can paint subsequent coats ourselves. Approx 200ml diameter hole

The pictures fireplace needs to be repointed (many loose bricks), replastered and then out the original cast iron fireplace back in place for decorative purposes.

There are some hooks on my wall which I can’t get off and one which has ripped the plaster. Need someone to please fix it and repaint the ripped plaster
