I’m looking for an experienced handyman or carpenter to build an internal plaster wall partition to create a new room inside my apartment. The work includes full finishing to make it look consistent with the existing interior. Scope of work: • Build a plaster wall partition to divide the living area • Install a standard door with frame and handle • Add skirting boards (baseboards) to match the existing room style • Paint the new wall and door to match the surrounding color and finish • Adjust existing light switch wiring so the new room can control the main light from inside (qualified electrician preferred or coordination with one) • All edges and joints should be sealed neatly and finished to a professional standard
