We’ve recently installed a new floor due to a sloping subfloor, which has left gaps between the floor and the walls (see photos). Looking for an experienced plasterer or renderer to: • Fill/render the gaps between the floor and wall • Ideally rendered (preferred over plasterboard) so it’s solid and suitable for fixing skirting boards onto • Leave a small expansion gap where appropriate for skirting installation • Ensure a neat, straight finish ready for skirting Details: • Residential job • Small to medium repair work • Must have own tools • Experience with rendering/plastering preferred Happy to discuss the best approach if you think plasterboard is more suitable, but preference is a solid rendered finish. Hi I have knocked out a couple of old brick walls that need plastering patch ups. It’s only interim as will be demolished at a later date but want the house looking neat so let me know if you have experience with this. 2 ceiling connections and 2 x walls.

A furniture delivery accident left a bit of plaster damage in our stairwell. Need someone to patch the plaster. There's one small crack where a lamp got pulled and one hole. No need to paint.

Have a 34cm(H) × 32cm (W) hole in plasterboard/drywall hole to be patched up. Also have a 7x7cm hole in an MDF door to be patched. Also have a slight dent in another plasterboard wall that's about 7cm(W) x 10cm(H) which if its a quick & simple task, would like this straightened out as well. Only patching required. No need to sand & paint.

I need 2x 30cm sq plasterboard replacing in the ceiling. These need to be able to be drilled through to attach a new light fitting (this will be completed by a separate contractor). The current holes in the ceiling are too big and there is some damage around the holes

Shower ceiling has collapsed after a water leak from apartment above. I’ve now fixed all the leak issues. Need someone to come in and Re-plaster the ceiling and then paint it to match rest of ceiling (same shade of white so that you can’t tell the difference- you might need to take a sample at bunnings and check it). Old brick surround of fireplace needs to be plastered and primed ready for painting. Area is approx 140cm high, 120cm wide (less the space where the fireplace is!).

Plasterboard and plaster approx. 12 m of internal wall (4 walls, standard ceiling height ~2.4 m). Some walls (as pictured) only have half the wall removed and just need the bottom done and patched. I will need you to supply required materials to do so (inc. plasterboard), and we are looking for someone experienced in plastering :) There are windows to work around and several service cut-outs (taps, oven, power). Existing structure is accessible and ready for boarding. Looking for a paint-ready finish. Happy to arrange site visit before final quote. It is beneficial if you also have experience in lath plastering and repairs for future works that we will have done on this house :)

There are 2 sections of aesthetic damage on the house I am currently leasing that need to be repaired. Both about 10cm. 1) The structural wood beam to the right of the front door has been chipped and needs to be bogged and re-painted. We have the paint required but nothing else. 2) There is also a hole in the plaster inside my cupboard. About the size of a golf ball (see pic). I need the plasterboard patched and painted. Again I have the paint needed but nothing else. We need to get this done sometime between now and Thursday Jan 8th at the absolute latest as we have an inspection directly afterwards. I have a 400mmx 400mm hole in my ceiling that was cut out for a pole to be placed inside. I have the plaster still. It’s a clean hole in a square. Easy fix just needs to be cleaned up Need it fixed up

I’ve swapped down light for pendants. That’s why I can these holes in my ceiling. I know them replastered so I can repaint. Keen to know what the job would be worth.

I have some water damage on the bedroom roof. The patch is. 60cm L x 45cm W. The source of the damage has been resolved. I require the damaged section to be cut out and replaced with a patch ready for painting down the track

We need a heavy mirror installed in our entrance, which has thin plaster walls. We can supply wall grommets, nails and basic tools, but need the expertise of someone else to install the mirror correctly.
