Negotiable on price, but it’s one small job and shouldn’t take very long at all. Parking available in secure private car park with decent roof space. Also parking available on Victoria Street.

Need a handyman or a plasterer proficient in plastering to apply a skim coat of a level 5 finishing compound over section of wall (2.5m x 4m). Some sanding and feathering required to ensure area blends with the surrounding wall.

I'm after an experienced plasterer to come and patch and sand a crack in an internal wall of my terrace house (likely a couple of hours work). See images below (including close-up shots of some parts of the crack).

There are some areas in the hallway where mould has grown from leaking roof. Roof repairs are complete and mould needs quality treating/cleaning. Also need some holes in the ceiling (from decorative features) patched over with plasterboard. There are 2 areas that need mould treatment. There are 5 square holes (in the ceiling - former decorative features) that need covering and patching. Painting not required at this stage. There’s also an additional hole in the front room that needs patching.

Manhole (48cm x 79cm) cut into 13mm ceiling plaster to investigate water damage from overhead balcony. Problem now fixed and ceiling requires re-plastering.

The house currently has painted uneven brick walls. Looking to gyprock over them in two or four rooms depending on price. Probably need some battens and then gyprock over the walls? Size of rooms is attached. Ceilings are standard height. In the kitchen over the benches only half height gyprock needed above splashback.
