Hi there, I need an experienced plasterer or handyman to fix the uneven wall sections surrounding a window frame. The exact dimensions requiring work are: 1. Below the window sill: A rough plaster/render section measuring approximately 250cm wide x 90cm high. 2. Above the window frame: A stripped section surrounding the air vent measuring approximately 35cm high x 60cm wide. We need the plasterboard in our kitchen to be prepared for tiling. There are are several holes to be filled and cornicing needs to be replaced. Plasterboard area is approx 5 to 6 square metre. We also need a couple of metres of cornicing to replaced and other small patches fixed up.

Looking for someone to complete some ceiling prep work before an electrician installs a new pendant light. Work required: Relocate the existing ceiling vent slightly to the side, away from the pendant location. Install a solid timber support/noggin between the ceiling joists above the pendant location to provide adequate support for the pendant. Install a new ceiling rose at the pendant location (ceiling rose supplied by me). Patch/plaster the ceiling where required, including the existing damaged area and any areas affected by moving the vent. Leave everything neat and ready for sanding/painting. The pendant and old ceiling rose have already been removed (see photo). Electrical work and installation of the pendant will be completed separately by my electrician.
