We’ve recently installed a new floor due to a sloping subfloor, which has left gaps between the floor and the walls (see photos). There are 2 sections of aesthetic damage on the house I am currently leasing that need to be repaired. Both about 10cm. 1) The structural wood beam to the right of the front door has been chipped and needs to be bogged and re-painted. We have the paint required but nothing else. 2) There is also a hole in the plaster inside my cupboard. About the size of a golf ball (see pic). I need the plasterboard patched and painted. Again I have the paint needed but nothing else. We need to get this done sometime between now and Thursday Jan 8th at the absolute latest as we have an inspection directly afterwards. I need a craft shelving unit cut down to size the bulkhead extended in height and plastered ready for paint. The goal is to be able to install a split system AC on the face so of course framing behind the plaster is required.

Paintings that were stuck on with a 'quick release' sticky tape have ripped off the paint on several walls in an apartment as well as two dents to be fixed, all patched and painted if need be. Needs to be done within the next week or so, will lock in the best time with suitable Tasker. Ideally come in take samples to bunnings match colour, patch and paint in one day. I am vacating a property and will need someone to replaster and paint over areas of wall that have been damaged.

We need a pro to help us fill in holes in our walls left behind from a TV mount, a mirror, and a wall mounted coat rack. The holes are on two different walls in two different parts of the home. This job is more than just filling it in with spackle and a little bit of sanding, we are looking for an actual pro to help us with this to hide the holes. Hopefully the wall looks good as new at the end. If you have painting skills that would be great, if not, no worries we can get a painter to come in after you are done.
