Our stable, it's internal area, roof and surrounding fencing requires spray painting. A professional Painter who is able to pressure wash and then spray paint three different colours is required. Only interested in those with appropriate equipment and ample experience. Happy to send photos and measurements to those with appropriate background and experience to professionally finish the job. Paint has already been purchased new.

Finish exterior house painting in hard to reach areas (5-7m). House corners and window edge/ trim needs to be finished. Happy to negotiate pricing.

I have converted half of a corrugated iron shed into a granny flat. Half of the granny flat is lined and does not need painting. The other half is a 25 sqm open area which contains a small kitchen and needs painting (walls in white Dulux and architraves in semi gloss white). Paint is provided and I have a large, safe commercial ladder that can be used. I have a 6 litre tin of Dulux wash and wear Hog Bristle 25% white plus a small tin of Dulux white for architraves.

I need a block retaining wall waterproofed. I have the product here to do the job, just need an experienced painter / Waterproofer to apply the coating to the wall. 2 coats, Wall is in Talle valley and will pay $35 per hour cash for a skilled person. Must have attention to detail and do a good job. Must be done tomorrow (Monday)

Have a rough patch in bathroom that needs to be plastered over, with surrounds made smooth - approx 1m2. Also patch hole in ceiling in another room - about 150mm round hole to patch. Needs to be a professional finish.

timber ply walls and ceiling require dusting and cobwebbing, require drop sheets to protect furniture and wardrobe from falling dust while cleaning. then deep clean with vinegar, scrubbing for mould on the timber ply walls and ceiling. ceiling is 5metres high and will require large ladder and/or painters planks. - Due date: Flexible
