Looking for someone to patch and paint a small section in our lounge ceiling. We recently cut the area to identify a small water leak from our upstairs bathroom. I will supply paint, and happy for only the small area to be painted/blended into the existing paint ceiling paint work. This is for an apartment in St Kilda. Both bedrooms have large glass doorways into the courtyard and the ceiling above both has some mould starting that we want to paint over after our prev tenants didn't keep the place ventilated. This task requires a person who has the appropriate ladders and equipment. It will require two visits. One to check out the colour and the extent of mould and to go and purchase the correct paint. The place is vacant, with a bed in each room meaning this job can be done during the week at any time suitable.
