Need the floors in the front porch sanded and stained. Approx 8sqm. Has some dry paint in the boards. Please see pics. Flexible on dates.

Need photo wall made and delivered. White stick on tiles will be supplied for the first 1.06m along the base. Railing needs to be attached above and it painted white and the rest will need it painted a certain green of which I will advise of colour. Cut outs will need to be done in the green section with frames attached (all frames will be supplied) . Must have support structure. All frames and tiles will be supplied. Everything else must be sourced by yourself and costed into the price. Photos need to be sent of progress. Not interested in price per hour jobs. I purchased some paint to paint a feature wall, it’s not big (4x2m). I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but clearly I cannot paint, I’m 2 coats in and the paint is really patchy. The wall is primed and ready, I just need someone with more experience to finish it off properly. I have the paint, the edging is covered and ready to go. Must be done tomorrow. The colour is also very different from the samples etc, but that part I might have to live with!

Hi have a hallway, one wall in powder room and entry way that just needs a top coat of paint to refresh / remove scuffs and damage. Doors do not need painting. I will provide paint, need painter to provide equipment / tools. Ceiling height 2m, hallway 2.8m. There is some plaster repair that is done, but needs sanding in the powder room. Can do during day min, Tues, Wed or Fri this week.

The paint in the bathroom is starting to peel and nees to be stripped back and ceiling repainted, ideally with a mould resistant white paing. This is a standard small bathroom that's in ground level 2 bedroom unit. The job needs to be done between the old tenants moving out on the 8th of July and the new tenants moving in on the 12th of July. Likely there won't be power in the house.

We have an exposed timber staircase that needs needs some attention. Nail heads would need to be tapped back in then deck sanded and stained. 2nd deck is flat and semi exposed. Area would need to be sanded and stained.
