We have a single fronted Victorian terrace that we would like to repaint for preparation for sale - all exterior walls, downpipes, gutters, fascias, trims, windows, plus front fence and front awning. Back need garage door and colourbond roller door/carport door painted. Some patching required along walls to fix cracking. Front awning also needs a pressure hose to prepare for paint. Ideally to complete this job over two weekend (as it’s on a laneway, weekend access is best). 24/25 August and weekend of 31st August. Please quote for all Labour and supplies, including supply of dulux exterior paint and all supplies, materials, ladders etc required. I have put in a nominal budget, please quote your own quote.

I need my 2 bedroom apartment sanded. Most rooms have already been sanded, however some recent plastering requires sanding. I will provide Sanding paper, a telescopic extension sander with lots of 225mm sanding discs. As well as Platform Ladder. I will also provide an Orbital Sander with Sanding Discs.
