My driveway is quite dark at night and needs a new sensor light to light up the driveway and convert existing standard light on the front porch to a sensor light. First sensor light would need to be a brand new light on the front gate pointing towards the drive way and second sensor light is a matter of converting the existing light with a sensor Happy to buy the lights & sensors required from Bunnings or you can buy them for me and include it in task price I have included pictures of the driveway. My house is to the right of the first image where the parked car is. Neighbours are friendly so can also install the light on neighbouring fence if required.

Help enclose a pergola from three sides. Need framing on the inside of existing open pergola frame posts, plaster on the inside (and on the ceiling) and cladding (Hardie plank) on three sides. Demolish floor and wall tiles from Kitchen splashback and 2 bathrooms. THe tiles need to be neatly removed/ chipped off as we want to retain the wall/ floor sheeting to then retile the floors/ walls and kitchen splashback. The only tiles in the kitchen ate the ones around the window highlighted in red. The shower screens and cabinetry will be remove in the bathroom photos.
