Job details: Approximately 40 m² of aluminium weatherboard to paint - it's covering only the front of the house, one side, and a single wall on the other side. Apply 1 coat of primer and 2 top coats. All preparation work has already been completed. Only window masking/protection is required before painting. Easy access around the work area. Paint will be supplied by the owner (labour only) Ladder required (property is slanted, so only part needs ladder) I'm looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can achieve a neat, professional finish. Please bring your own painting equipment, brushes/rollers, drop sheets, masking materials, and any other tools required to complete the job. Quote only: Painting whole house walls and ceilings We have oil based paint on doors, door frames and skirting boards, So we won't be needing those painted. We plan on having all prep work of cracks completed. So your quote would exclude this as well.

Paint: - A 5.7mx3.4 studio walls with double coat (only half need to be painted, the other half is white already) - all the roof and wall areas that have been covered by patch work, I think you'll be able to just paint the patch vs having to do the whole thing. There are about 14-15 small patches - inside of 2x double door cupboards, most if it (bottom half and top bit already has one coat, just needs a second coat, the middle bit needs both coats (see pictures). Inside cupboard doors as well.
