Needing around 30m2 of internal and external painting to be done. Budget is $1170. Internal walls 2 x sections approx 1200w x 5500h. Same external on render. Around 3m of skirting. Mobile scaffold onsite for use.

We have recently had hybrid flooring in and replaced handrail of stair case. We now need someone to come in and tidy up the imperfections on stairs itself on left hand side and the railings. A couple small spots on a couple of skirting boards need a little touch up also. Person needs to be handy with sanding back, repainting and varnishing (top hand rail needs varnish as currently sanded and left raw. Some no gaps also needs to be added to some of the railings meeting the top rail as per picture and nail holes covered up, painted. A couple of spots on a few skirting boards also need minor touch ups. We also have a large front door which needs sanding back and going over with varnish.

Clean the garage floor with full paint marks.

A number of our bricks below the 1M mark and below around the exterior perimeter of the house need to be repointed due to the mortar crumbling away before we paint the exterior.
