I need a few small repairs done in the house. It should be simple jobs for someone handy. 1. Broken fly screen 2. Cloth line screws missing/broken. I tried to install it but the hole didn’t fit? 3. Our whirlpool washing machine is stopping mid-cycle. The filter is clean and the pump was replaced around 1 year ago.

I have an irrigation system that runs off two taps. One in the front yard and one in the backyard. The system in backyard has six stations running from an old upright garden tap. The line splits into six lines and solenoids. The manifold line is split and needs replacing. I would like to take the opportunity to reconfigure the inlet, removing the tap and creating a better manifold connection. It is currently very difficult to conduct maintenance like solenoid replacement, etc. The system runs off an automatic wi-fi timer that works very well.
