I bought a new seat (black seat in photos) for a relatively new toilet before realising that all the screws are concealed within the system. I need someone to change the seat for me and show me how. A quick google suggested in might need slightly different hardware that works from the top only. Need to remove old clothes line in soil, likely set in concrete. Then I need to install a new one. The new one is the Hills 26m folding clothesline. I also have to post kit to install it.
