Hello handyperson! We have a garage shelf that mounts to the wall with two brackets, only one of which was drilled into a stud. The other side has now has fallen out of the dry wall. (surprise!) There are two parts to this request. Firstly, I need someone to come out and (with my assistance holding) re-drill and mount and get the wall shelf back up. Secondly, I am hoping that someone experienced with this sort of thing can help me rig support for the side that does not have a stud. Like a peice of wood at an angle, or perhaps supporting the corner of the shelf down to the ground? (Dry wall repair is out of scope for this task at the moment :)

My gate hinge broke this morning (came out of concrete pillar, see photos) and I am seeking someone that can fix it. The latch is also sticking and annoying if that is fixable too! Hoping to get it fixed this weekend, I am away for the weekend, so will not be home, but can communicate as needed.

1 indoor door isn't latching - need it to latch. Front door doesn't latch properly. Need to pull it then turn the key to open it from outside - need fixed.
