I just settled on a new house in Paddington. I am looking to make it more secure and also block some of the road noise. I am wanting a rendered block wall built with an electric sliding gate along the front + a pedestrian gate. Reaching out to a few companies to get some quotes happening. $25 is just a token figure for airtask, obviously will cost way more. * edit, I’m after a whole new front fence to be built, not just rendering, there is currently no fence present, hope that clears it up.

the job is at darlinghurst. the chimney is on top of the roof which located at the far back of the house. seeking for professional trader or any one who is able to climb on very slopping colorbond roof to get to the chimney, the task includes cut tree root on side of the chimney , and patch all cracks and existing render peeled area with render compound around the chimney. please note due to the limitation excess method, extension ladder, scissor lift and boom lift is not suitable for the job.

Need a repair done to the rendering on a feature wall / gate (see photos). What has happened is that the gate latch was attached only by screws into the grout below the bead. The gate was blown shut and the latch busted out. Overall repair needed is to the damaged wall and render, painting (I have the paint), and re-affix latch.
