(Just a small bin to fit under sink) - the sofa needs spot cleaning - AC is probably still dripping so it needs checking or drain line to be blown out or hosed out - The carpet under the AC unit that is leaking probably also need cleaning.

I have a front metal gate that is lockable, but one wall it is attached to has sunk a little and it’s around 5mm to small to close, so doesn’t currently close or lock.

Aircon is not blowing cold air

The air-con isn’t blowing cold air. Our electrician has inspected and recommends to refill the gas. The outside unit is located in our balcony (easy access). We would prefer it to be refilled/fixed on 2nd Jan. If not then before 15Jan would be the least.
