Prepare & Repaint Bathroom Ceiling – Peeling Paint & Water Staining I’m looking for an experienced handyman/painter to repair and repaint a bathroom ceiling showing significant peeling/flaking paint, surface cracking and water staining around the ceiling vents. The job will involve: Scraping and removing all loose, peeling and flaking paint. Preparing the affected ceiling surfaces so they are sound and suitable for repainting. Filling/sanding minor cracks, damaged areas and uneven surfaces as required. Checking the stained areas for signs of ongoing moisture or water ingress and advising if the underlying cause needs attention before painting. Cleaning/treating any surface mould or mildew if present. Applying a suitable stain blocking/sealing primer to affected areas. Repainting the ceiling with a suitable bathroom/high-moisture ceiling paint for a clean, uniform finish. Neatly preparing and painting around the existing ceiling vents and fixtures. Leaving the area clean and free of paint debris upon completion.

Measure and cut approximately 40 mm off the top of a laminate kitchen cabinate door (600 mm wide). Apply edging to top of door (colour match not required as it won't be visible). Reattach the door on the existing hinges (I have the original screws). Context: A new rangehood has been installed. The old rangehood fascia was 40 mm but the new one is 80 mm.

Awning crank gear box has snapped off and need replacing.

Replace the door handle, euro cylinder and mortice lock Including supplying matching compatible parts (black handle) The handle needs to work from both sides The mortice lock is currently stuck Ensure the door latches, locks, and unlocks smoothly

NEED COMPLETED PRIOR TO 3PM. 1. Repair bed slat, including using supply and using shims or similar to ensure no lateral movements. 2. Shower caddy fell off the wall - secure back onto the wall.

I bought this table lamp in Japan but seems like that needs the socket replaced from 100V to 240V and a new Australian plug fitted.

Bathroom gyprock ceiling is damaged in area 400 x 400. Needs to be cut out and a new piece installed. Painting not required. Off street parking provided. Need it done today anytime.

While installing marine blinds (1100mm long) we lost tension in the spring and can’t get it to retension. Just need someone who’s done this before should be a fairly quick job. I’m able to assist if needed.

Install three 2.4 x 2.4m shell heat shield crank operayed outdoor blind on my balcony.

Have just had my aircon upgraded and require a couple of small patch repairs done to the gyprock where they boys needed to cut through. One is self explanatory… the other requires either a vent that can be removed or some other small access door/flap (250x250mm) as the aircon pump for that system sits behind it.

Remove a small concrete divider ( half the height of the room ) and then render the remaining wall wbere that divider was.

Remove screw from window frame. I have tried but seems seized there.

There appears to be a minor leak under my kitchen sink. Two possible sources need to be checked: 1. Sink drain connection (circled in red as ① in photo): shows signs of water seepage, possibly due to a loose or worn seal. 2. Metal tap connection (circled as ②): slight moisture seen near the brass fitting connected to a grey hose – might be a loose joint or minor leak. Looking for a plumber or experienced handyman to inspect and ideally repair on the spot if it’s a simple fix.
