Hi, I need an experienced and well-equipped handyman to help secure furniture and mount a TV bracket in my living room. I am happy to assist with heavy lifting (e.g., lifting the TV onto the bracket). Scope of Work: 1 . Cabinet Securing & Aligning: Connect and align the fully pre-assembled TV cabinet units and tall cabinet (as shown in the attached photos), then securely fix them to the wall to prevent toppling. 2 . TV Wall Mount: Mount a pre-purchased TV wall bracket into the wall cavity (inside the cabinet setup) and hang the TV. Wall Specification (Crucial): The wall is Gyprock with light gauge steel studs (NOT timber studs, NOT concrete). You must have experience working with steel studs. Requirements for the Handyman: Please bring appropriate heavy-duty fixings for steel studs (e.g., #10/#12 Tek screws for studs, and heavy-duty Toggle Bolts / SnapToggles for hollow Gyprock sections). Must use a digital stud finder that can scan for live electrical wires and water pipes before drilling. Must bring a spirit level / laser level to ensure everything is perfectly straight. The plaster in the ceiling has come away and the blind bracket has fallen out. Requiring the ceiling area to be repaired and the bracket screwed in. The roller blind bracket has come adrift. The wall probably needs filling to re attach bracket. I need someone who can repair the ceiling and screw the bracket back in to ensure it doesn’t fall out again and put the blinds back in place. In addition I need a hole drilled into a tile in the ensuite to insert a picture hook.
