Hi, I am looking for an experienced plasterer or handyman to repair 2 fist-sized holes in our garage plasterboard wall. Issue: 2 holes (approximately the size of a fist each) on the garage wall. Please see the attached photos for a better understanding of the damage. Proper Patching: Cut, patch, and plaster the holes properly (no cheap/quick putty jobs, it needs to be structural). Sanding: Sand it perfectly smooth and flat. Color Matching & Painting: You must take a paint chip, perfectly color-match the existing paint, and paint the repaired area (or the section of the wall if necessary) so the repair is 100% invisible. This is a rental property, and the repair must pass a strict Real Estate inspection. The final finish must seamlessly blend with the rest of the wall with no visible patches or color differences. Install 1 x double curtain rod with sheer and block out up high, just under ceiling trimming. Install 2 90cm floating shelves side by side to look like one long shelf and a 60cm floating shelf in another spot. There’s a spare shelf but not sure if I want to put it up or not yet. Hi, I need someone to hang 2 largeish artworks on 2 interior walls (no ladder needed) secure a toilet seat which has started to move from side to side (wrench needed?) and take away an old Samsung tv and dispose of it. The first artwork is 80cm x 80cm and weighs 8.4 kilos The second is 94 wide and 82 highand weighs 6.6 kilos You won't need a ladder as both artworks can be hung while standing on the floor. I can help you hang both. You will have to supply your own hooks, nails, leveller, etc as I have nothing. Other jobs I have a loose toilet seat which needs a bit of attention. And I would like an old 80cm taken away. It's disconnected and ready to be removed. The job is based in Brisbane City. It can only be done on Wednesday. Bid only if you have experience hanging artworks (particularly heavy ones)as the last thing i need is for artworks to fall off the wall.

Looking for someone reliable and experienced to assist my mum with a few small jobs around the house: • Bidet spray: Check why it keeps leaking water and fix if possible.
