I need the internal aluminum frame of our kitchen window painted white. Size: 2.3m wide x 0.9m high. See picture below. Internal frame only (no external work). Ideally spray painted for a smooth finish, but I’m also open to brush/roller if that’s easier and reduces overspray risk. Proper preparation required: taping/masking, protecting surrounding areas, and prepping the metal surface correctly. I’m happy to assist if needed, but you’ll need to bring all preparation materials and tools. I can provide paint. The job doesn’t need to be perfect — just neat, clean and tidy for upcoming sale and marketing of the property. Ideally need this job done completed asap, but no later than Monday 29th Sept. I have purchased 2 slabs of 20mm Santorini Lithostone which needs to be cut and installed for a kitchen benchtop (sink and cooktop cut out) and a fireplace. The unit is located upstairs (one set of stairs in a two level low residential complex. The measurement details are: 2528x645mm sink piece (undermount sink cut out) 2134x645mm kitchen 1472x670mm kitchen 1427x255mm fire place The 2 slabs are located in Slacks Creek and would need to be picked up first for measurement cuts and transported to Hawthorne for installation. Refer to photos for dimensions and access to unit on second level.

Hello, looking for someone to take down an old rotary clothesline from my backyard. • It’s a fixed rotary style clothesline (see photo). • Job involves disassembling the top frame and removing the post from the ground.

Have a couple little things to get done - Hanging a picture on the wall - installing a doggy door (I’ve done most just need it screwed into the door frame) -

Blinds installed (3 drops in total, each have a black out drop). One hand drawn curtain installed (install brackets and rod) not including hanging actual curtain, I can do that. Both windows have pelmets and need brackets to be drilled. And install a cupboard door, 3 hinges to be drilled. I have a step ladder for blinds and curtain. I have all fixings.

Outdoor chairs oiled, hook screwed into timber to hold up outdoor lights, refix toilet paper holder to tiled wall, remove green waste, clean out gutters. Handyman will need to bring necessary supplies. Thanks!

Super glue bird spikes (supplied) on downpipe to stop bird from nesting. Downpipe will require some cleaning first due to previous nest. Height approx 5 metres. Will require own (big) ladder.
