Office Handyman Needed – Picture Hanging, Wall Cleanup & General Office Tidy Up (Malvern) Looking for an experienced handyman to come into our office in Malvern and complete several tasks in one visit. We would prefer one person who can handle the full job from start to finish and ideally someone proactive who can help us get the office looking neat and refreshed. Tasks include: • Hang 8 to 9 light framed pictures around the office • Supply and install all hooks, wall plugs, nails and anything else required • Pictures are medium to larger sized frames and will be mounted on plaster walls • Remove existing items from walls including approximately: • Around 6 screws • Around 4 old wall mounts • Multiple adhesive strips and stickers across approximately 3 walls • Fill and patch wall holes throughout the office • Approximately 20 holes spread throughout the office • Mostly screw holes and some larger wall anchor holes • Doesn't need to be perfect paint ready work, just neat filling and patching • Remove old COVID floor distancing stickers • Around 6 stickers • Remove any glue or adhesive residue and clean properly Requirements: • Must supply all materials and equipment required including: • Hooks and wall fixings • Patch filler • Cleaning products • Adhesive remover • Any tools required • Please include materials and supply costs within your quote Additional info: • Office located in Malvern • Parking available • Access available Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm • Looking to get this completed ASAP • Office has approval for drilling into walls • Please leave the office clean and tidy once completed We may also have a few additional small handyman jobs around the office while you're onsite. Need to Realign/reset the door so it closes properly and adjust or strengthen hinges if required. Ensure the latch and frame align correctly so it shuts smoothly Also would like to replace the existing lock with a handle/lockset. With a lock so the door should be able to open without a key from outside, but still lock when needed
