Find an experienced handyman in Lane Cove

We need a manhole cut in the ceiling with a cover fitted so we can access a torn air conditioner duct. This will also mean moving a down light which is simply cutting a new 90mm hole and I can move the light myself.

I have a door handle to a toilet that has broken. Can replace it or fix it? Also, I have a window we can't get open. Not sure why.

I have a minimalist white kitchen that is about 10 years old. Some of the laminate is peeling in maybe 4 or 5 places. I've tried using contact glue to repair some but done a bit of a rough job and would like it fixed properly. There are multiple corners and edges where it is peeling and I'd like it attached properly.

I have 2 glass pool gates where 1 is old and difficult to open. The other one is missing. This job is to supply and install magnetic pool gate locks on both 2 glass fences. The holes in the glass are already drilled but you might need to fix the post (which is metal and has old wood inside). I already went to Bunnings and none of the locks sold there are compatible.
