I need a hole in my gyprock ceiling fixed. It’s 300mm * 250mm. Would like it done today. It’s the bathroom ceiling. Photo attached.

There’s a hole in the ceiling about 15cm maybe more or less needs to be patched and painted

I have an existing Sanus full-motion TV wall mount that is able to extend out to 70cm from the wall and would like someone to help install it + mount the TV Specifics: - The wall itself is gyprock, but there are existing metal studs behind it - 65" TV (17kg) - Being a 65-inch TV, I believe some wooden beams or a wooden plate will be required to support the weight of the TV when extended fully. Open to other suggestions on this one - Existing power point - Cabling should run down through the wall A mate of mine began the job but decided to leave it when he realised the studs were not wood. We removed a cavity wall sliding door and covered cavity with Gyprock, now needs to be tidied up and plastered ready for painting (wall and ceiling).

Hello, I would like 2 Small offices constructed within an empty office space. The two offices are next to each other and have a common wall. An existing solid wall is one side as well. The dimensions are 3.5mx2.5m for each office. So the total permenter is 15.5meters taking into account the common wall and existing solid wall. The ceiling is currently a standard office dropped ceiling which is already constructed. The floor and ceiling (above the drop ceiling are both concrete. We will need one door into each office also. We do not need any power outlets or lights. We will be using 25mm thick gyprock and would also like some insulation within the walls. I will supply all the materials. You need to however specify what materials you will need. I get access to the office on the 9th Jan so would like it done any time after that... hopefully by Jan 20th. - Due date: Flexible
