Looking for someone local with welding, metalwork and general maintenance skills for a few small jobs at our factory in Richmond. Current jobs include modifying a wire-mesh door to fit a dog door, small welding repairs, brackets and other minor fabrication work. Nothing structural or major at this stage. We’re also starting a small factory shop fit-out, so there may be ongoing odd jobs and general maintenance work around the factory as things progress. Ideally you’ll have your own MIG welder, grinder and basic tools and be happy to come onsite for small jobs from time to time. Could suit an experienced apprentice, recently qualified fabricator/boilermaker, retired tradie or practical handyman with good welding skills. If it works out, there could be a few hours here and there, or potentially a regular half-day/day as needed. Flexible with timing.

As shown in the photo, there is a rectangular section of plasterboard around the ceiling fan which was cut to install a support beam for the fan. All our doors use the same builder hardware, so it's really one measure-up plus a count: - Measure one door for the specs I need to order: backset, door thickness, spindle size, rose/backplate size - Walk through and confirm the count and type — passage vs privacy/lock vs any keyed doors (roughly 12 sets total) - Give me a simple written list I can hand to the shop so I order the exact right parts I'll buy the hardware myself once I have your list. **Install will be a second booking with you** once the sets arrive — happy to agree that price on the day so you've got the full job locked in. I need an old steel garden shed completely dismantled, removed and lawfully disposed of from a residential property in Normanhurst. The shed is approximately **3 m wide × 1 m deep × 2.4 m high**. Its timber/particleboard floor and supporting structure are badly rotted and collapsing, so care is required when working around it. The task includes: - Safely dismantling the complete steel shed, including its roof, walls, door and frame - Removing the entire failed floor - Removing the timber supports, loose bricks or other shed-supporting materials underneath - Cutting materials into manageable sections where necessary - Carrying everything from the rear garden to your vehicle - Transporting and lawfully disposing of all shed-related waste - Sweeping or raking the immediate work area and leaving it safe and tidy The shed is empty. It is at the back of the property and there is **no vehicle access to the shed**. Access is via a narrow, uneven pedestrian path down the side of the house, including garden steps. Please inspect all attached photos before making an offer. i have 6 curtain rods to be installed under our cornice. i have all the tek screws and materials ready. only the rods need to be hung - i can loop the curtain fabric onto the rods myself. you will be screwing into steel frames for support. rods range from 2.4 - 3.5m meters long.

I have a kitchen drawer (soft closing) where the screws to the runner have come loose and the runner (or bracket?) has come away from the inside of the drawer. I have pulled the drawer out but need someone to reattach the runner/bracket and (and maybe tighten the one on the other side, the screws look a bit loose) and reinsert the drawer. I have the four screws that have come out but the exiting screws have left a bit of a hole (see pics). Must be able to do a professional job as it’s not my kitchen :)

Remove the existing dog door from the flyscreen door and replace the damaged mesh so the door is restored to its original condition. The frame is fine and only needs the dog door removed and the mesh replaced. Should be a straightforward job.
