We have moved into a new house and require a drain pipe connected to the carport. It appears this inlet is blocked. In addition to connecting the drain pipe, I require the lines to be jetted and cleared

I have a 2-storey house in Blacktown, NSW 2148. The house is approximately 15 years old and currently has no known roof issues (like water leaks, or cracked tiles). There is a very tall eucalyptus tree directly outside the property, which causes leaf and debris accumulation on the roof and gutters. I am looking for someone experienced to carry out preventative maintenance: 1) Clear roof and gutters - remove leaves, branches, debris and accumulated matter 2) Check/clear downpipes and ensure water flows properly 3) Clear rainwater drains/outlets in front of the double garage door As part of the work, share photos after work completed this month ASAP (Saturday or Sunday when it is not raining), and takeaway all collected debris, leave, etc. Let me know if you have any questions - attaching latest Photos.

Would need a joiner to check a big external wooden sliding door, door is stuck and will need maintenance. I would like to install a lock as well.

I need some basic household maintenance. 1. Purchase 6 heat lamp globes (for 3 bathrooms - only some need replacing. Others can be left onsite for later) 2. Basic painting touch up’s (paint is onsite), patch some small holes (largest is attached), the rests will be very small or just little dents. You will need to supply filler and paint equipment. They are only minor scuffs and dents from wheelchairs. 3. Refit and tighten 2 toilet seats. Photos attached. They are not broken. Just require adjustment. Please also adjust other toilet seats. Also allow 30 mins checking the house for other loose items. General maintenance check. I will allow 4 hours for this job.

I have a Dahon Eco folding bike that needs a standard service (check/tighten bolts, brakes, tune gears, degrease + clean + lube parts) plus installation of rear rack. Also, the latch on the main folding hinge is broken and needs to be replaced (I have the parts).
