I’m looking for an experienced handyman to help with a few small tasks in my apartment in Westmead. Tasks include: 1. Install a bathroom mirror cabinet (already assembled) above the sink photo attached. 2. Install an IKEA wall rack in the laundry area for storage. 3. Fix the sliding flyscreen/insect door on the balcony as it sometimes comes off the track. 4. Check the bathroom ventilation/exhaust fans in two bathrooms. There are separate switches for the ventilation but they do not appear to be working. Additional information: • Must have public liability insurance to cover any accidental damage. • Apartment has lift access and visitor parking nearby.

Odd jobs: 1. Sand and paint two small window sills 2. Replace 2 small window fly screens and one door 3. Fill two dents in a floor tile with tile repair kit. 4. Replace two hanging Venetian blind hooks. 5. Lift and fix sliding wardrobe door. 6. Place fly screen back into window

1. The back studio gutters are extremely built up with leaves ro be cleared. 2. The laundry door is too big and needs to be shaved down to close. 3. Front gate is off its hinge 4. Sliding flyscreen rollers doors are off there tracks 5. Fan is main bedroom is not working and needs to be replaced

the indoor unit air filter is dirty or due for cleaning, due to this my ac controller showing error message and cooling not happening

I need some picture hooks and two tv mounts taken down and the holes puttied, and a washing machine hose removed (it's pretty tightly stuck) - ideally we'd like to be able to use the hose again. Potential for more handiman tasks around house if job completed well

The main unit is new but the duct needs new filters also maintenence to an small unit.
