Need some maintenance done on my roof - ridge cap pointing + resealing some flashing with something like Dakaflash + silicone sealant. Happy to supply materials or you can supply - negotiable. 2-storey house but easy access via 2nd floor balcony.

Garage door auto opener struggles to open door at first. If I assist to get door rolling up it has no problem completing remaining 95%. Shuts no problem.

2002 Toyota Tarago -left rear shock leaking (need new rear shocks to pass rego. Let’s just do both rear shocks to maintain balance) -need New wipers installed - fix the engine oil leaks from tappet cover gasket. -fix the front crank seal and right inner axle seal on gearbox. -needs a major service including spark plugs -after the oil leaks are repaired I would like an engine clean so it doesn’t smell of old burnt oil. -I have zero of these parts, I’ll need parts and labor included in your quote. Trim dead branches on palm trees and most importantly cut down the balls clear it up and make them look nice Some one with climbing palm trees experience 4 palm trees to clean up and take rubbish branches with we have 2 green bins if that helps a little but obviously big branches to be taken and trim council tree and other trees in back yard as per pics
