I have another similar job in another room that can be considered if a good job done. The walls will be fully stripped down to studs with easy access. Hi, I’m looking for someone experienced to remove and replace two internal door handles at my home in Altona North. The replacement door handles will be supplied - I just need assistance removing the existing handles, chipping the right dimension and installing the new ones correctly. I have an internal painted door that previously had a hole in it. The hole was repaired using wood filler/wood dust, but the repair was not finished properly and the patched area is still visible. I’m looking for an experienced handyman/painter to professionally redo/finish the repair so that the surface is smooth, level and blends with the rest of the door as closely as possible, with no obvious patch marks. The existing repair may need to be sanded back, levelled/re-filled as required, primed and painted. I’m happy for the whole face of the door to be repainted if that will give a cleaner and more consistent finish, rather than just touching up the repaired area.
