Door opens inwards to bedroom, which blocks a secondary door inside the room. (poorly designed) Would like door rehung so it opens outwards from the room into the hallway, instead of inwards. Hinges and door handle on the door itself can remain in place as is, as they will be correctly orientated when rehung. Reuse existing door and door hardware. Patch, repair and paint door frame where hinges and strike hole are no longer used on the inside of the room. (Paint colour Lexicon quarter)

Supply and install internal door (82 x 204, flush & primed) and hinges (x2), Same type as the old door and hinges (see photos). Including installing existing door handle in the new door. Remove old door & hinges. Old hinges have been painted over and 2 screws are stuck, with the X Phillips head no longer able to grip (see photos).

Hang an internal door including fixing the door handle. Door will be supplied. Re use existing Hinges and door handle off old door. All hardware is in brand new condition. Door jamb is also in new condition. Old door has a hole in it which is why it needs replacing.

I’ve got an internal door that’s not sitting/closing properly and likely needs hinge adjustment or minor frame/door realignment. Issues observed: Door appears slightly misaligned at the hinge side Possible hinge wear or incorrect seating (see photos) Door doesn’t close smoothly / may be rubbing One hinge screw hole may be stripped or not holding properly Note: I also have a spare door available that can be trimmed and installed if needed instead of repairing the existing one.

Looking for a handyman/carpenter to fit a new door to an old door frame. All materials to be purchased by me need someone with the tools and know-how to install. It is an older house, built in 1978, so the door frame is not exact (see measurements). It will therefore need to be trimmed and planed a fair amount, hence we will be using a Solid Timber Pine Core (STPC) door, which will also need to use wide throw hinges (happy to re-use existing hardware) so the door can swing past the inside wall, + fitment of door hardware handle + latch assembly. We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue. From what I can tell: - The door seems slightly misaligned in the frame (may need planing/sanding or hinge adjustment) - The latch/strike plate may not be lining up properly - The handle itself might also need attention (happy to replace internal mechanism if required, but would like to keep the existing handles) Looking for someone who can: - Adjust hinges and/or sand the door if needed - Realign latch/strike plate - Replace internal latch mechanism if faulty (I can cover cost of parts if needed) NOTE: This functional fix only - it doesn’t need to be a perfect cosmetic finish. I have a new internal door that needs to be cut to size and hung. The door will need trimming to fit the existing frame, hinges installed (or transferred from old door), and door hung so it opens and closes properly. Also need hole drilled for handle. Looking for someone experienced with carpentry or door installation. Please bring necessary tools.

Need someone to hang a standard internal door back onto existing hinges. Door and handle are already installed. May require a small amount of planing to fit perfectly. Looking for someone with basic carpentry tools to complete the job

supply and install internal door to bathroom. Door will need to be planed approx 5mm from standard 720x2040x35 door. Existing door is 715. New hinge hardware and lockable passage set to supply and install.

Not ashburton. Location is Glen Iris. Remove 2 internal doors, keeping hardware. Demolish very basic wardrobe in hall (cleats), remove bedroom wardrobe doors and demo 1 shelf. Carefully remove kitchen cabinet doors to prep for painting. Send me some measurements.
