Awning fell off the wall during strong wind. The top mount has broken and two mounting screws missing. Need help re-attaching it to the wall. Requires multiple people to install it - it's not too heavy but it is awkward to handle.

Looking for someone who can install frameless shower glass. Will need to drill holes in tiles. Tiles have been installed onto fibre cement board there is roughly a 15mm cavity between cement board and brick wall for plumbing. Will need to silicone to prevent water escaping past the shower glass. Will need to slightly trim bottom of bracket to clearance shower step. The bracket that attaches to glass is full length. Shower screen was purchased from future glass. Will need to check before drilling holes but there should be no plumbing or electrical in the way but better safe than sorry.

My ceiling fan is making a clicking noise, I would like someone (ideally an electrician) to fine tune it so it’s quiet. Preferably bring your own ladder, I only have a step ladder, which could work if you are tall enough.
