Find an experienced handyman in QLD

I have a bunch of odd jobs (and the list keeps growing), we are a very busy family of four and this list keeps growing. The list includes: - refitting three or four door handle striker plates - patching/repainting a 50 cent sized hole in the wall - sourcing and replacing a bunch of different light-bulbs - pulling out the fridge and cleaning the filter/behind the fridge. As I said, they are all small jobs but I keep putting them off and now it has become an afternoon's worth of work, an afternoon I just don't have. Please come and reset the list!

Licensed roofer required to provide maintenance to our metal roof, around 160sqm, including rust removal, replacing all nails with screws and painting with 3 coats.

Looking for an experienced handyman for a half-day to full-day of general home maintenance this weekend. Rate: $60/hour Tasks include: • Replacing and installing various household fixtures on a like-for-like basis • Hanging and removing wall-mounted items • Minor patching and touch-up work after fixture removal • Adjusting and troubleshooting sliding doors • General maintenance and small repairs around the house • Identifying and fixing miscellaneous items as we walk through the property Seeking someone who: • Has broad home maintenance experience • Is practical, efficient and solutions-focused • Has their own basic tools • Can work independently and suggest fixes where appropriate • Takes pride in neat workmanship This is for a residential property in Kewarra Beach. Aircon is not blowing cold air

Maintenance and repair of roller door so the electrical motor works. It needs a general maintenance and someone to make sure it is working thoroughly. I have attached the images for the work.

Hello we need your help with these items - The beds have broken legs, help fix the broken bed legs - The bathroom lighting is dim and could be improved - need help with changing it to a better one

Aircon clean and maintenance (some temperature sensors in rooms aren’t working and warm not cooling).

Aircon maintenance and cleaning for 3 split system air-cons ( 1 large and 2 medium/ small)and potentially one older aircon. One split system air-con (large) has a stuck open and closing leaver - see photo.

2-3hrs of work including re attaching a door, mounting a tv plus a few more jobs. Must have own tools.

Need sliding toilet door fixed, and one toilet door (no key) has became misaalinged over time, just need the strike re-aligned (1) Toilet 1 sliding door fixed (2) Toilet 2 knob strike realigned

We need someone to help with some painting, general cleaning and some odd jobs. We have all the tools needed to do the jobs, you don't need to bring anything. Ideally we want someone from around 9 AM to 3 PM but we are flexible.

Put up two hosepipe holders on outside wall, back and front, add 4 hooks and shelf in garage, add trellis to 4 panels on back wooden fence . I have the trellis cord and all nuts. bolts and screws required but no tools.
