I would like a handy many to inspect the exterior of my house taps, and fix and tighten anything needed

Location: Pinbarren (5 mins North of Pomona) Looking for a fit/strong, reliable person to help my hubby clean out and tidy up our 3-bay shed (estimate 6 hours). Other work (to be quoted separately): ** Home maintenance tasks (estimate 1 day excl window washing) - need someone who is careful/good attention to detail, takes pride in doing a good job, cleans up afterwards. Supply own tools/equipment: - replace window locks x3 - standard sliding windows (new locks supplied). - replace magnetic door stops (4 or 5) - door stops supplied - wash down (sugar soap), patch small holes (from screws), repaint 2 walls with 1 coat (hallway). Sugar soap, Spakfilla, paint supplied - touch-up paint (door frames, wall corners where chipped). Paint supplied. Supply own ladder/brushes/rollers/other equipment needed. - (extra day - approx 6hrs) house window washing (internal, external) including clean tracks and frames of windows and fly screens. Supply own equipment

A small section of the wall around the wardrobe needs plasterboard cladding; the bathroom exhaust fan opening needs to be changed from square to round; and if possible, assembling furniture or painting part of the wall.

Roof maintenance and indoor maintenance

I have a ten year old mens bike, it needs some maintenance on the gear shifting mechanisms & brakes so that they work well again...it hasn't been used for about 8 years and I can't seem to get the adjustments right. Its a Fluid brand bike, 28" wheels as per picture. Everything else on the bike works OK (tyres etc.). The shifting mechanisms are Shimano 'V brake' branded. Not all 21 gears are selectable at the moment. The brakes seems to rub on the rims too, and the adjustments don't seem to fix it.
