Scope of work includes: Removal of existing double gates Removal/modification of the middle support column Supply and installation of one large garage door Engineering design/details for the supporting beam Council/engineering approval if required Installation of the reinforcement/support beam (lintel) Making good any affected areas after installation Please provide a full quote including labour, materials, engineering certification/design, and approvals. Looking for a carpenter/builder to extend the existing bulkhead/header above an internal hallway opening so we can install a sliding barn door. We are looking for a high end finish so not rough work or cheap finish looks. At the moment there is a gap between both sides of the bulkhead, so we need it framed straight across to create one continuous section strong enough to mount the barn door track onto. Job would likely include: * Framing out the extension * Plaster sheeting * Cornice blending/patching * Sanding/prep ready for paint This is an internal non-structural job. Lift Dryer & Install Drain Pipe We have a new dryers so need help to lift it into place AND install a the drain pipe (it’s a heat pump). Will need to put hole in cabinet to get it to the outlet. We have a washing machine below the unit so it can connect to the outlet for that.

Need a handyman to repair a curtain fitting and patch a wall hole. We attempted to hang a curtain from the ceiling/roof area, however we were unable to locate studs properly and the curtain fixture has since fallen down.
