We have a beautiful Queenslander that needs some maintenance. Replacing a window, replacing bannisters, repair some rotten timbers.

To assist in Body Corporate maintenance work, early morning starts.

We need someone to help with some painting, general cleaning and some odd jobs. We have all the tools needed to do the jobs, you don't need to bring anything. Ideally we want someone from around 9 AM to 3 PM but we are flexible.

Put up two hosepipe holders on outside wall, back and front, add 4 hooks and shelf in garage, add trellis to 4 panels on back wooden fence . I have the trellis cord and all nuts. bolts and screws required but no tools.

Asssistance with the following required: 1. Trim back the trees overhanging into the neighbours yard on right hand side of property. Some of these are quite tall and will need an extended pole arm to reach. 2. Trim palm trees and remove those overhanging into neighbours yard on the left hand side of the property.
