Leaks: Repairing a leaking front gutter and fixing a leak in the study ceiling. 2. Electrical: Replacing spotlight fittings in the bathroom (may need complete fixture replacements) and replacing one spotlight in the family room. Note: The family room has high ceilings, so a tall ladder/proper reach equipment is required. 3. Painting: Prep, clean, and repaint the section of wall above the tiles in the bathroom.
