Job Description Hi there, I am looking for an experienced roofer to repair the ridge capping on my tiled roof. The mortar bedding is cracking and failing in several spots, causing gaps that need to be addressed. I have attached photos showing the current condition of the tiles and the mortar. Please refer to image.png, image_2.png, and image_3.png for close-ups of the damaged pointing and mortar. image_4.png shows an aerial view of the roof for context on the layout. I am looking for someone who can: Assess the extent of the damage. Remove failing mortar and re-bed/re-point where necessary. Ensure the roof is watertight and secure. Please let me know your experience with roof tiling/restoration and provide a quote or an estimate for an on-site inspection. I’m looking to get this fixed as soon as possible to prevent any leaks.

I have a few door issues I wanted resolved - I’d like an aqara smart lock installed below an existing lock (ie will need to install a lock/latch from scratch) - two internal house doors are sticking against the frame and need to be fixed - one external gate has lost alignment between the lock and latch

I need an assessment to ensure they safely support the main timber bearers, with adjustments or replacements priced if required. 5. Brickwork & Mortar Remediation: Repair areas of brickwork showing cracks, general deterioration, or missing mortar to structurally reinstate the integrity of the subfloor walls/piers. We need our sectional roller door to be repaired . It won’t roll all the way down. It gets stuck with a metre to go. Our original installer has closed his business down. We would also like at the same time do general servicing of it.
