I need a general roof maintenance for the building as follow 1. Gutter clean up 2. Replace approx 20-30 broken roof tiles 3. Re-bed approx 20 loose ridge caps by laying down a fresh mortar base to firmly lock the caps back into place 4. Repoint if any ridge sections need to be repointed. 4. 1.Repair a gate latch-latch just needs to b screwed on to the gate . I don’t have the screws but can supply if told what size to buy 2.Fix bathroom door knob - Knob has pulled away from the door on 1 side and what is still there is loose. 1. Meeting Room Ceiling Fan Ceiling fan is not working. Diagnose the issue and repair if possible, or advise if replacement is required. 2. Staircase Handrail Safety We would like the entrance staircase handrails assessed. There are gaps between the railings that we're concerned could pose a safety risk for small children or pets. We'd like recommendations to install a suitable barrier, mesh, or another safe solution that complements the existing handrails. Please bring your own tools :)

Hi , we are looking for a handyman to help us with some maintenance at home. Hanging some things on a wall, toilet seat, netball hoop, camera up. We also have some electrical tasks (change hanging light and put a socket in the wall so if you have electrical experience that would be also great!)but this can be seperate

We need our sectional roller door to be repaired . It won’t roll all the way down. It gets stuck with a metre to go. Our original installer has closed his business down. We would also like at the same time do general servicing of it.

I have a Dahon Eco folding bike that needs a standard service (check/tighten bolts, brakes, tune gears, degrease + clean + lube parts) plus installation of rear rack. Also, the latch on the main folding hinge is broken and needs to be replaced (I have the parts). To be done on Sunday 10/5 anytime between 10am and 7pm (preferred), Monday 11/5 after 6pm, Tuesday 3pm onwards or latest Saturday 16/5 anytime between 10am and 5pm.
